Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director famous for his role as the lead of Birdman. Keaton is an actor with a variety of talents who has the ability to perform both comic and dramatic parts. His career has seen him perform a number of love-interest characters and also in action thrillers. As a teen, he became interested in acting and performing. As a young adult He tried his hand at stand-up comics. The comedian had a lousy career however this set the way to the success of his acting career. Not able to achieve success in the field of comedy, he picked up a job as cameraman on television at a cable station. He realized that his true love was behind the camera as he worked in the position. In a few episodes, Mister Rogers Neighborhood, he was able to get an appearance on television. An actor with natural talent, he became popular quickly on television. After having a successful movie career, his comedic performances brought him a lot of fame. For Tim Burton's Batman in the film, he portrayed the role of Batman's superhero as the title. In his later years, as a mature actor he also began to venture into producing and directing. His performance in the 2014 film Birdman was nominated for numerous nominations and awards.
